Have a look at a few of the beautiful locations where have inspired a few of the world’s finest pieces of art, after which begin to see the works of art on your own.

Start your tour of great British artists as well as their inspirations and among our most treasured modern artists. David Hockney was created in Yorkshire, and also the moving hillsides from the Yorkshire Wolds have popped up in a number of of his works of art, including North Yorkshire and Garrowby Hill. You’ll find Hockney’s works in the Tate Modern and Tate Britain, in addition to Salts Mill in Yorkshire, which holds among the biggest collections of Hockney’s art.

Next, Constable Country – the Dedham Vale and Stour Valley regions of the Kent countryside immortalised through the great British landscape artist John Constable over two centuries ago. The Nation’s Trust run around Flatford, the website of Constable’s most well-known work, The Hay Wain, and you will go to the painting in the National Gallery later on.

Mind to Manchester to determine the town that inspired LS Lowry – among the best loved British artists from the twentieth century. Lowry’s subjects were the road moments of Manchester and Lancaster and also the folks them, who he taken in the unique matchstick males style. Go To The Lowry, which houses the earth’s biggest assortment of his works, then go to the sites that inspired him, like Peel Park in Salford.

Not to mention, we can’t discuss British landscape artists and not mention JMW Turner. Vacation to Petworth House, where Turner was commissioned to fresh paint sights of the home and garden for several years, leading to his most well-known works. A few of these continue to be at Petworth today, and you will also admire the sights at Tate Britain. Turner seemed to be inspired through the stunning landscapes from the Yorkshire Dales, and you can trace his actions around the Turner Trails.

Some of my most memorable holiday experiences have not involved my destination, but rather took place at 35,000 feet. Travelling on an airplane is a great way to meet new people and have interesting experiences.

My best experience on a flight took place when I was traveling to Spain on holiday. I was highly excited about the trip, as I planned to meet up with old friends that I had not seen in a long time. I was sitting next to an interesting man who said that his name was Max. He seemed friendly enough, so we began talking. It turned out that Max was a book agent who worked in London.

This was exciting news to me, seeing that I had recently written a book and was hoping to find an agent. I asked Max if he would consider reading it and he said yes. Luckily, I had an extra copy that I planned to give to one of my friends upon arrival in Spain. We parted ways when the flight ended, but he ended up calling me a week later and offered to be my agent. It was a very exciting experience, and goes to show that you never know what will happen while travelling.

Most of the other trips I have taken have been normal and uneventful. Most of the time I have experienced great service, especially on the lucky occasions that I was able to sit in first class, but even when I’m not travelling first class I enjoy a friendly smile from a flight attendant. I love seeing the world, and holidays are a great way to do it, especially on a plane. I am looking forward to my next trip, where I will be traveling to Morocco by flight. I hope to have some exciting travel stories when I return home.

There is a place where there is exactly what happened: In the United Arab Emirates oil was found in 1956. With the newly acquired wealth is created here a paradise that it had been until then just in Arab tales. Each pair was given to the wedding house and land, and gave them interest-free loans were paid education and training. In addition, the state was from then on pension and health care responsibility. The Land of the Emirates, he was transformed from a desert in the Arab Middle Ages into the 20th green plantation Century. Today, the grim images of the past are only seen in museums and some hotels. The view from the window shows a different picture: trees and lush vegetation, lakes and ponds and attractive architecture right in the sand! All of this is Dubai, a modern fairy tale, its exciting history and present you’d see on a package tour!

Activities
What can you do on your vacation in this fairytale paradise? Thanks to the good road network can safely go on your own in the desert and explore the area. Without guidance, you should not leave the streets, however. Who wants deeper into the desert, should join one of the organized gangs. In the area around Dubai also very nice bike tours are possible. Get a map and off you go! In the dream-like temperatures of the emirates making activities around the water, of course, very fun. They have never dived before? Then this package is the perfect opportunity for you to do with it! Dive down and go into another world up close and personal with marine life. Or just enjoy the summer, sun, beach and sea and relax completely in terms of a seaside holiday. This of course includes a boat, water ski or jet ski tour or a cruise.

Sights
Absolute obligation on your Dubai vacation: a trip on the Orient Express. The legendary relic from the past is actually a long traffic-not needed anymore, but still travels for tourists. The Express is traveling on a route past a number of attractions that you also should not miss if you do not want the train. Starting point, of course, is Dubai. First you pass through the oasis of Al Dhaid with their vegetable and fruit plantations. Then it goes to the mountain village of Masafi in the Hajar Mountains, Dibba and palm oasis. Next you will see the bay Khor Fakkan and the same name and a short time later, Fujairah, where you can visit an old fort. After that is another oasis, this time with an old citadel and then eventually Masafi’s turn. In the mountain village, you will pay the impressive Friday market to visit, until you will finally open again on the return journey to Dubai. In the UAE there are a lot of sights that make up to its name and truly worthy of a visit. This is only the Dhow Yard called in Dubai, where you can witness, how are the traditional Arab ships and unchanged.

Climate
From July to September you can enjoy a holiday in hot and humid climate with up to 48 degrees. Pleasant it is from October to March where there is dry heat with temperatures reaching 37 degrees.

Tip
The hospitable locals are tipping in our favor is not usual. For it is one of the service, simply. Because now, but especially in the hotels people of many nations working for the tip is normal, should be around 10%.

Payments
Payment in Dubai with dirhams. Go home to only the bare minimum, in addition to courses you get worse and sometimes that is very old bills that have to replace it again so that they are accepted.

Travel time
The most convenient time for a package holiday to Dubai, October, November and March and April. The average temperature is then a pleasant 25 degrees.

Traffic
The road networks are very well developed and petrol is very cheap compared to our conditions, they should be aware of the opportunity to take a rental car on your package, not to be missed.

Perhaps less well known is the fact that the abbreviation DC District of Columbia is what is on the explorer Christopher Columbus back. This suffix indicates that Washington is not a state but a federal district. The city has about 600,000 inhabitants, is the center for tourists, officials and businessmen. The former swamp the banks of the Potomac River was cleared in 1790 to create a new capital of this order, the then government, based in Philadelphia. Especially representative should be the new capital, which is reflected even today in the neo-classical buildings and large parks. As early as 1800 drew the first president in the White House. Washington is now home to many of America’s major attractions, in addition to museums and monuments in Washington offers travelers from around the world-class restaurants and various sporting events. So let’s begin, start your journey toward the political center in America!

Activities
The package holiday destination for discerning tourists in addition to Washington’s diverse attractions and other facilities for recreation. Especially popular cultural activities like visits to the opera (The Washington Opera) are. Also participating in various events including the Barbecue Battle (mid / late June) with live music, food and entertainment, or the National Independence Day Parade (July 4) are on your Holiday in Washington, D.C., a nice change to museums and monuments.

Sights
One of the most famous sights of Washington, the U.S. Capitol. It is the seat of the Senate and House of Representatives. Is called from outside immediately falls on the huge dome of the building, the Rotunda and Great Rotunda. There are several ways to visit this magnificent building. On the one hand, you can take a tour on your own, and read in the brochures are important details, on the other hand, there are also professional guides. A special highlight for travelers, at a session of Congress to be there. For this purpose a so-called Hauspaß is required, available in the Congressional Office Buildings to the Capitol, where you should be expected due to the large crowds with longer waiting times. At the U.S. Capitol then there is an approximately 4km long park, which extends to the Lincoln Memorial. This green oasis is a national mall or abbreviated Mall.
